Tier 1 Coaching

What does it look like? Weekly workouts only.

Who does this work for? Ideal for the self motivated, fitness fanatic.  Someone who has already fit exercise seemlessly into their daily life, knows what food work best for their body and their goals, just looking for a new routine that they don't have to think about or plan.


Tier 2 Coaching

What does it look like? Weekly email progress review general nutrition assessment and guidance with specific goals that are assessed and progress weekly.  Customized workout program also weekly assessed and progressed.

Who does this work for?  Someone that feels they have a solid foundation to build upon, knows the basics and wants to either gain a bit more knowledge of customizing their routine to their body or simply take their health and fitness to the next level.


Tier 3 Coaching

What does it look like? 1 hour weekly consult, random text check-ins as needed, weekly email progress review. Complete nutrition assessment and guidance with specific goals that are assessed and progress weekly.  Customized workout program also assessed and progressed weekly

Who does this work for? This program works best for the general public, anyone just starting out or wanting to start over.  Perhaps you're completely new to the world of fitness or you've been on a long hiatus and feel lost or overwhelmed.  This is the best way to eliminate the 'what-ifs'
